🤝 CR8 The Future TeamWork Program

The TeamWork Program is CR8 The Future’s commitment to strengthening youth sports from the inside out. While our Opportunity Program supports individual athletes, TeamWork focuses on the teams, coaches, and communities that make youth sports possible. We believe that when teams are supported, kids thrive on and off the field.

💪 What the TeamWork Program Provides

TeamWork delivers direct support to youth, school-based, and community sports teams that demonstrate financial need or face resource limitations. Our goal is to ensure that every team, regardless of budget, location, or background, has the tools to create a safe, positive, and competitive environment for their athletes.

Support may include:

  • Team equipment assistance (balls, cones, training gear, uniforms, safety equipment)

  • Coach support resources (training materials, leadership tools, development workshops)

  • Team registration or league fees for programs with limited funding

  • Travel assistance for tournaments, showcases, or away competitions

  • Special priority for teams serving military families and underserved communities

Whether it’s a rec team trying to get off the ground, a school program struggling with outdated equipment, or a travel team supporting athletes who can’t afford the full cost, TeamWork is designed to fill the gaps.

🏆 Who Can Apply

The TeamWork Program is open to:

  • Youth teams (ages 5–18)

  • School-based teams (middle school and high school)

  • Recreational, club, or travel teams

  • Teams serving military families or economically disadvantaged communities

Applications may be submitted by:

  • Coaches

  • Athletic directors

  • Team managers

  • Nonprofit community leaders

📋 How to Apply

Teams can apply through the CR8 The Future website. The application includes:

  • A brief description of the team and community

  • A summary of financial need

  • The type of support requested

  • Basic documentation (if applicable)

  • A short statement about how the support will impact the athletes

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with decisions based on need, impact, and alignment with CR8 The Future’s mission.

🌍 Focused Impact Areas

While the TeamWork Program is Focused on Northeastern Pennsylvania, CR8 The Future is placing early emphasis on:

  • Luzerne and surrounding counties, Pennsylvania

  • Communities with high concentrations of military families

  • Underserved regions where youth sports programs lack funding

These areas represent communities where support can create immediate, meaningful change.
